Being a young adult today comes with a unique set of pressures — socially, emotionally, academically, and online. Therapy gives you a space to talk openly, feel heard without judgment, and build tools to manage life’s ups and downs.
I support young adults and college students who are experiencing:
Anxiety, depression, or mood changes
School stress or academic pressure
Beginning a career and big life choices
Social struggles, friendship issues, or bullying
Identity exploration (gender, sexuality, culture, etc.)
Family conflict or communication challenges
Low self-esteem, body image concerns, or self-harm
Life transitions, grief, or big emotions that feel hard to manage
My approach is collaborative, respectful, and honest. I prioritize building trust, honoring their autonomy, and helping them understand themselves better — all while equipping them with skills to cope, connect, and thrive.
