Young Adults

Being a young adult today comes with a unique set of pressures — socially, emotionally, academically, and online. Therapy gives you a space to talk openly, feel heard without judgment, and build tools to manage life’s ups and downs.

I support young adults and college students who are experiencing:

  • Anxiety, depression, or mood changes

  • School stress or academic pressure

  • Beginning a career and big life choices

  • Social struggles, friendship issues, or bullying

  • Identity exploration (gender, sexuality, culture, etc.)

  • Family conflict or communication challenges

  • Low self-esteem, body image concerns, or self-harm

  • Life transitions, grief, or big emotions that feel hard to manage

My approach is collaborative, respectful, and honest. I prioritize building trust, honoring their autonomy, and helping them understand themselves better — all while equipping them with skills to cope, connect, and thrive.

Because everyone deserves to feel supported, understood, and empowered.
