Experiencing trauma can deeply impact how we feel, think, and connect with others. Trauma doesn’t only come from what happened — it can also come from what didn’t: the safety you needed, the love you had to earn, the support you never received. Whether you're dealing with a specific traumatic event or the long-lasting impact of relational wounds, therapy offers a space to begin healing.

I work with individuals navigating:

  • Childhood trauma, emotional neglect, or parentification

  • Religious or spiritual abuse

  • Attachment wounds (anxious, avoidant, or disorganized styles)

  • Physical, emotional, or sexual abuse

  • People-pleasing, emotional shutdown, or fear of abandonment

  • PTSD, complex trauma (C-PTSD), or dissociation

  • Difficulty trusting others or forming secure relationships

You adapted to survive. Now it’s time to feel safe enough to thrive — to connect, to trust, and to fully be yourself without fear. Using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, trauma-informed CBT, and somatic therapies, to help you process what happened in a way that honors your experience and supports your nervous system.
